Paestum

The historic excavation site of Paestum was the setting for the 2015 edition of Miss Europe Continental. In this location, 3800 international spectators attended modern dance shows and high fashion shows featuring the girls competing. Presenting the evening was Alessandro Cecchi Paone, who won over the audience with his friendliness, while the icon Valeria Marini was chosen as president of the jury. Among the 200 finalists competing, the one who won the crown was Albanian Lindita Idrizi. The final was broadcast on television. 250 staff people were present to organize the event, entirely coming from the region chosen as the location for the event.
